Money earned to be used for: PRACTICE BUSES, JACKETS,  TEAM BANQUET & SCHOLARSHIPS!



IMPORTANT INFO:                  
- Each team member will receive 10 calendars  and one Swim- A-Thon pledge form
- The calendars sell for $10 each. 
- Checks should be made payable to: 
   OA Swim & Dive Boosters

All monies should be turned in no later than November 27, 2012.

Check Point #1 - Nov. 8th

Check Point #2 - Nov. 15th

Final Check Point - Nov. 27th 

Sales End…………November 27th
