Swim Practice Information
ALL athletes must be on the bus in order to transport to practice. If you can not be at practice it's important you contact Coach Gray prior to practice. Otherwise you may hold up the bus/practice. Bus leaves for Massasoit at 3:00! Be at the gym entrance by 2:45!
Don't be late!! Return time is 6:00
In addition, Athletes are mandated to come prepared to practice with towel, goggles (back up pair in case one is faulty), cap and water bottle, nutritious snacks for both before and after practice. Any athlete that uses an inhaler must use their inhaler 30 minutes before practice/meets
